ArgorixLang: Compiled Governance, Sovereign Agent Metadata and Offline-Verifiable Runtime Evidence
Gustavo Venegas · Edison Vazquez · Danilo Naranjo · Benjamin Gonzalez
Chilean Chamber of Artificial Intelligence · Ocular
The language/runtime boundary in full: agent declarations, passports, provider contracts, executable-provider permissions, runtime controls and evidence artifacts compiled and checked together — with the five separations that bound the claim stated as method, not as caveats.

Offline-Verifiable Runtime Evidence Bundles for Governed AI Agent Systems
Gustavo Venegas · Edison Vazquez · Danilo Naranjo · Benjamin Gonzalez
Chilean Chamber of Artificial Intelligence · Ocular
The EvidenceBundle: a local artifact linking bytecode, execution trace, security report and a trace-event ledger digest through semantic SHA-256 digests over canonical JSON. A verifier recomputes every digest and re-derives the ledger with no network, credential or live runtime.

Fail-Closed Provider Execution for Governed AI Agent Runtimes
Gustavo Venegas · Edison Vazquez · Danilo Naranjo · Benjamin Gonzalez
Chilean Chamber of Artificial Intelligence · Ocular
Declarative provider contracts are separated from executable adapters, and capability, policy and runtime-profile checks run before any provider operation is planned. Any unknown reference, denied capability or non-executable provider terminates in a recorded denial or review state.

Agent Passport: Compiled Sovereign Metadata for Governed AI Agent Runtime Systems

Country, jurisdiction, permitted residency, capabilities, policy bindings and a local agent name declared as a typed, semantically validated construct that is lowered into bytecode and surfaced in traces, security reports and evidence bundles — representation and preservation, never identity verification.

Claim boundary
These papers claim a compiled governance and offline evidence boundary. They do not claim security certification, real identity verification, live ANS/DNS resolution, cryptographic attestation, production sandboxing, legal compliance, physical data residency or large-scale empirical coverage.
